The debut of Silver Spirit, our newest luxury cruise ship, is just months away, and what better, faster way to tell our loyal and prospective guests all the latest and greatest details than by launching a blog in her honour?

After all, she truly is in class all her own.

She is extraordinarily generous. Her 540 guests will enjoy one of the highest space-to-guest ratios at sea today and the largest suites in the Silversea fleet (95% feature a private veranda and all include the personalised services of a dedicated butler!).

She is elegant with a sophisticated 1930s Art Deco ambience, yet intelligent too with the latest advances in maritime technology.

She will entertain guests with a resort-style pool, four whirlpools, an 8,300-square-foot Spa & Fitness Centre, enriching performances in The Theatre and a choice of six dining venues including 'Seishin' a Japanese restaurant and 'Stars' a modern-day supper club.

And so much more…

Check out the post on the ‘birth’ of Silver Spirit, and stop by often for new stories on this extraordinary new ship, photos from the shipyard, and tantalising tidbits of her Inaugural Season. Read what others have to say, then feel free to share your own thoughts and experiences.

Have a question or want to know more about a particular topic? Let us know. Our goal for this blog, throughout the days leading up to Silver Spirit’s maiden voyage and beyond, is to keep all of you discerning travellers out there up to date, in the know, and maybe… one day soon…on board our new Silver Spirit.
