Christian Sauleau, Executive Vice President of Fleet Operations, and Rudi Scholdis, Culinary Director, sailed aboard Silver Spirit during recent sea trials.

In this video clip, Mr Scholdis debuts as our very first guest video blogger, chatting from Seishin restaurant, one of six dining venues that will be offered aboard Silver Spirit. Mr Sauleau opens the video while inspecting the new chef's table and posing a question, "What's on the menu today?"
