Silver Spirit's stylish lobby bar has quickly become a favourite gathering place where guests can drop in for a drink and good conversation. Its well-stocked bar serves as a beacon for cocktail enthusiasts in search of the latest designer martini or vintage drink.

Presiding over the mixing and shaking, guests will often find Rex Reyes. In the tradition of all great bartenders, Rex is known for giving helpful advice … and occasionally sharing recipes.

2 cl Malibu coconut rum
1 cl DeKuyper apricot brandy
1 cl Chambord raspberry liqueur
3 cl pineapple juice
2 cl Midori melon liqueur
1/2 cl (dash) Jägermeister herbal liqueur
1 cherry

Pour coconut rum and apricot brandy into a cocktail shaker.
Pour raspberry liqueur into ice-filled hurricane glass.
Add pineapple juice and ice to cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into glass.
Add melon liqueur by pouring close to inner edge of the glass.
Float herbal liqueur on top.
Garnish with cherry.


2 oz Plymouth gin
2 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
1.5 oz New Zealand sauvignon blanc
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake until very chilled; serve straight up in martini glass with wedge of lime.
