Last Tuesday evening Silversea had the pleasure of hosting London press to a gala cocktail reception at Mosimann's, the renowned private dining club in London's Belgravia. The event showcased our partnership with Anton Mosimann.

Considered by many to be the world's first super-chef, his eponymous restaurant has catered to world leaders and royalty. Mosimann, a Swiss national who received the "Order of the British Empire" for his contribution to England's culinary industry, will host Silver Cloud's Caribbean Voyage 1101, 4 - 14 January 2011, Barbados to San Juan.

On board Silver Cloud, Chef Mosimann will share his philosophy of cuisine naturelle and creative expertise with mouth-watering specialities and a grand gourmet dinner featuring authentic Caribbean flavours.
